公司或團隊一起高爾夫是好的交誼/Golfing with your team from the work？

高爾夫一直都是被認為最好的交誼活動，但大家都是加入球隊，對於自己公司內部或是團隊小組有無高爾夫球隊的想法？因為有朋友問我，公司的小組打算在私下一起交誼活動，高爾夫是一個不錯的考慮之一。當然朋友會打球自然會成為協助其他同事的引導者。對於協助其他同事打高爾夫來說，他覺得能力有限，不能亂教，以免誤人子弟。

我和他聊天下，也覺得這類的公司內部交誼，主要是促進同事間的情誼，打球就是附加。不需要太在意！如果有興趣的人會去請教他更多東西，到時他再看如何去協助。不見得要自己去教，可以讓他去找有經驗的教練去建立一套有系統的揮桿模式。同時可以提供一些對高爾夫相關配件或產品的訊息，讓同事去爬爬一些資料或視頻。

這些東西就夠同事們花好一陣子時間。高爾夫是一個無止境的運動和個人修煉。如果公司內部有人會打球，可以偶爾約打球就好，我認為組織球隊這類的事，對我就pass。因為同事都不時會見面，連休假打球時都要一起我會做惡夢啊....打球對我來說是釋放壓力和放鬆心情。不想打球還要顧別人的心情或瞻前顧後。

和球友打球，其實不會有壓力，因為認識也瞭解彼此狀況，打球過程還可以彼此吐槽、喇賽。但同事間如果打球，對於有經驗的人來說，肯定要顧一下經驗少和打球時間不長的同事。這是一件超累的活，尤其在美國打自助球場，簡直你就是他的球僮加保鑣。自己球沒有享受到，還要不時cover對方和撿一些東西。

當然如果同事都是有經驗，這樣打起來也不會麻煩。只是同事情誼還是要顧，打球的表現上一定要給同事滿分的讚賞，自己打的好也不能太招搖。不然過兩天在公司就被別人討論了。這也是我覺得麻煩的事，所以平時打球都是自己去打，和不認識的人一起打球，不需要顧誰，打好、打壞都是自己的事。別人打得好給別人掌聲。這就是我的高爾夫！

Golf is one of the best social sports and there are many golfers building the relationship with business partners and colleges from the company. One of my friends said his boss is asking to have golf time with the whole team, but there is only one him can play and his boss will rely on his knowledge and assistance.

I told him that he can provide some basic information, experience and knowledge for this teammates and if there is any one likes to get deeper or learn more, he/she can check the local golf swing coach to learn. It's important to deliver the message that you are not the professional golfer but you can only provide your limited knowledge and experience. That's all!

Golf is a life long sport, you can always find things to trace and develop. It's endless! The beginner needs to have right concept and idea in order to develop the right path. Most golfers will pick up the trainer or swing coach to help friends and colleagues, but it's dangerous and you may deliver the wrong information and knowledge to them.

I would rather to play with colleagues from time to time instead of teaching or hanging out with them. Since we have been facing daily and I like to golf with my own as the relax time. If you play with the colleagues, you have to take care them. To me, that's big work and not really enjoying the golf.

That's why playing alone with other unknown golfers is the best way to enjoy. Of course, playing with your company's colleagues is a good way to build solid relationship, but you will need to have the buffer between work and personal life. Golf is more like my personal activity instead of social relationship.
