有句成語說：熟能生巧！也是我們從小到大被要求的學習態度。對於學習或任何事情必須要做到熟，基本要做到技術純熟的程度，都要花上5000小時的不斷練習重複的做法。所以我們的高爾夫揮桿動作也需要又這樣的投入時間才能又相對的熟練度。

常常觀察球友的揮桿動作，因為身為一位clubfitter，瞭解人的動作、身材的施力方式是很重要的基礎。只要看動作就能瞭解這位球友花多少時間在高爾夫上。因為身體是最直接的呈現結果，很難去掩蓋一些問題和瑕疵。

我常和朋友或找我訂製球具的球友聊，不管你的動作正確與否，只要你的動作是熟練，你的動作就有效果和氣勢。當然動作施力不對，很容易會讓你打到瓶頸。如果你想持續進步就必須要調整、修正自己的問題，改善身體的條件等。

所以我認為，所有的需求都需要由自己去產生，這樣才能有效果和主動性。當你對你打球的結果在意，進步到一個瓶頸，你就會去找答案，修正和成長。如果缺乏這種動機和熱情，你的高爾夫就是會打，而不是熟練。

很多人都會說；這我知道、那我懂。但實際做又做的不到位或做得七零八落。這就是說一口好球的人。說大家都會，很多原理或知識都學過，但要到熟練精通，就需要花大把時間去得到。能否堅持就是關鍵！

If you want to be the best, you must do a lot of self training in order to become expert. To reach the expertise, generally it takes over 5000 hours of practicing and repeating the same works. That's the basic requirement to become something professional.

As a clubfitter, I used to check and evaluate golfers' body, swing and operation details. Since your body is the best evidence to react what you have done for the works. If your golf swing is skilled and well trained, your body will perform smooth and consistent for all the details.

Most of average golfers or weekend golfers do not have time to build the fundamentals thus their swings are inconsistent with some mistakes. It's always can see the swing with confidence or hesitation in dowswing.

No matter your swing is correct or not, if you practice a lot, your swing will be confident and powerful. That's the key! If you seek for better and keep growing on golf, you will aggressively find the solutions for your issues and challenges. That's the motivation of your golf!

With the right motivation and passion on golf, you will fight hard on developing and building right swing and strong body. It takes time to build all the things and consistency is core for familiar ability. It's nothing about your intelligence, but only the regularly hard works.

People always said I know that, I can figure it out. But not many people can consistently work on one thing. That's why expertise is valuable. We all need to pay for their knowledge, experience and solutions. Therefore, it's easy to become the professional if you invest enough time on building your knowledge and experience. It's hard because we all have difficulty and problem to do things consisently.
