鐵桿角度強勢再配合長度和重量就好打了/Strong loft is good with shorter length！~上集

一些球友會問我要不要選鐵桿的角度比較強勢。其實從以前開始，一些大品牌的鐵桿就會把鐵桿角度做得比較強勢，讓球友可以明顯感覺桿子可以得到更好的距離效果。尤其再中鐵和長鐵。如果別人用6鐵的距離，你只要7鐵就可以打到，這就是距離的優勢，也是一般球友可以思考的方向。

但其實強勢的鐵桿角度，需要再配合長度和重量可以球友的使用就更加無敵。比如強勢的5鐵，是一般正常角度的4鐵。少掉一號，也就代表你的桿子長度可以短個0.3～0.5“。這樣你覺得打起來會不會容易一點？答案是肯定！

當然也可以藉由調整桿面角度去讓角度得到比較強勢，但鍛造鐵桿桿頭調整過後過一段時間，角度會慢慢的回去以前的狀態。所以需要固定去調整角度，才能維持距離效果。所以如果是原本桿頭設計就是強勢的桿頭，桿頭的重量也比較重，那再設定球桿規格就可以比較有空間去做短，設定適合的重量感覺來使用。

這點尤其在3～6鐵來說是比較適合一般球友去考慮。因為小雞腿的問世就是因為中長鐵的所以難度，也是小角度和比較長的因素，導致使用者無法像7鐵或短鐵那樣從容發揮。所以我個人會認為在6或5鐵開始到長鐵去使用強勢桿頭角度是可以讓球友得到不錯的距離效果。

另一個因素是，這些年來，大品牌的桿頭桿頭設計都走向高容錯和易打風！和driver的設計潮流是一樣。因為多數球友本身的揮桿動作和身體素質沒有太高，所以桿子的設定和桿頭的容錯需要相對高。而這點如果提升後，再配合強勢的桿頭，你也可以不需要用鐵木桿就可以把長和中鐵打的龍飛鳳舞。

Sometimes, the golfers will ask me whether or not I should pick the strong loft irons to play? That's a good question as strong loft can help u get the ball down and gain the distance. Let's say if your 6 iron can be other 4 iron's distance, that will be amazing thing for your iron shot. That's the reason why the golf equipment makers are always selling such products to public.

The strong iron loft has been the market for decades and we can find it from major brands's product specification to know the details of each iron's loft then you can compare with other brands' products to know how much loft difference? Of course, it's better to have your current iron's loft as the base to compare.

You will see if you select stronger loft for your next iron, how much distance improvement you will get later? Some golfers will check with clubmaker/clubfitter to adjust the loft angle through bending machine. But it's only temporally as the loft will go back to initial angle after a period of time. That's why it's better to get the irons that have strong loft.

Generally the average golfers have difficulty on 3~6 irons as the length and loft are the issues to control the swing. That's why there is hybrid come out for helping golfers to get the distance instead of using the long irons. That's why strong iron loft is good on long irons and mid irons. Since the hybrid is no good on distance consistency.

We can see the trend of the golf club development through driver as it's focusing on the forgiving and easy to play for average golfers. Now it's implementing to the irons! The recent 10 years' iron head development is improving on the forgiving and easy to play. The forged irons are not the mainstream and some irons are coming with strong loft for golfers to enjoy.
