果嶺是高爾夫的最後一哩路。這裡也是最難。因為它的距離最短，卻比打100多或200多碼的距離要更加困難。比如短短3～5步的距離是最剛尬。因為距離不短不長。但卻考驗球友在推桿的能力、基本功和球桿的適合與否。所以今天我們來聊聊，果嶺閱讀和球桿的關係。

基本上，推桿考驗分三大方面；1是推法，也是人的部分。2是推桿，也是需要適合自己身材和施力/推法的工具。最後是果嶺的閱讀能力。這三點缺一不可。但也不是說你具備這三點，就可以無往不利，只是提升你推進的比例。

一個推桿進洞與否，都是有因果關係！而且環環相扣，其他一個環節出錯，就會直接影響結果。這也是上面三個因素的重要性。推法人人不同。因為桿子是所有球桿裡最短，同時球友們都有各自的推法動作。

當然你有可以運用得心應手的動作就可以，不需要一定要什麼特定的動作或推法才是最好正確。也因為推法千奇百怪、各有特色，也導致在推桿上就必須要去符合個人使用的需求。而決定了推法才能去設定工具的需求和特性。

推桿雖然看似簡單，但要配對可就複雜多了。它的配置難度和driver不相上下。需要考慮的變數、零件特性是非常多。同時球友本身的身材和推法都有各自的風格、特性，就導致一般人的推桿客製變的難上加難。

不過，現在有很多推桿專用的桿身和不同尺寸的握把，都是球友們可以自己依據個人需求來測試使用。確實可以看到握把算是一般球友們，會測試改裝或建立個人化的一支球桿。但這離適合你的適合推桿還很遠。

Green is the last step of the golf, it's the tough part of the golf. Although the distance is short, it's much complicated than driving 200 yards distance. Let's say the 3 to 5 steps are the most difficult putting distance with my experience. Since the distance is not short and not long, the golfers must concentrate on the putting and read the green in order to make the good put.

Basically, there are three parts for putting, you need to know there three elements to make a good put. the first is how you put? Your putting posture and how you put? It's highly related your putting result. The second is the putter, the tool needs to be fit with your body and putting skills. If the putter is not fit, it increases your mis put percentage. The last one is reading the green, you need to build the experience and knowledge on reading and finding the right putting path. That's personal skills based on your experience.

With personal putting, there is no standard way to judge. You can build your own putting approach and skill then try to fit the right putter to make the putting easier and simpler. The key is the putter, nowadays there are a number of putter shafts and putter grips, you will need to spend the time to know which product profile and characteristic are good for your personal usage and preference.

It takes time to trial and errors, or you have the right fitter to provide various putter setups for you to know which putter features and profile are good for you. The point is there are so many products out there, if you do not have good fitter to help you out, it's hard to get the right putter with your requirements and expectation.

As a result, fitting putter is very complicated as fitting a driver. It requires professional clubfitting and clubmaking experience and knowledge, moreover, to analyze golfers' putting profile, type and body strength. Plus to have the knowledge of putter parts such as shafts, heads and grips. it certainly is not a easy job!
