"So I finished my own Dubai Desert Classic

I woke up at 5:30am and left for Emirates GC(they have 2 courses—Majlis, host of Dubai Desert Classic and Waldi, the course I played in). Usually the journey will just take 20 minutes but I spent 50 minutes to get there because of traffic jam.  Since I was late for my reserved tee off time of 7:15am.  They sent me to the 2nd hole to play with 2 English teenagers who live in Dubai. 

Due to these kids just played 9 holes, I stayed at the 11th tee to wait for 3 Japanese ladies(2 are young girls and 1 is 5x yrs old) who are also live in Dubai.  I was amazed of how polite these people are. They even brought their own sand can and pour the sand on the divot they made. One of them, Yuki san, kept talking with me. I bet she like me. Ha Ha.

The Course condition is very good. Grass is well maintained from the tee to the green. Since the water is precious, some of the roughs are replaced with the sandy fairway (not the fairway bunker because the sand is thin and hard).

Score is not important at all.  Playing with different people and different course always make me feel exciting. Weather is nice. Astonishing scenery consist of beautiful skyscrapers just right on the side of the course, including the newest 7 stars hotel, Burj Al Arab.

Total $ I paid for this round: Green Fee and Cart US$116, Club Rental US$33, and round trip taxi US$27. Very expenses, but I think it worth.
