越短的桿子越要求個人技巧/It’s all about the skills for short length clubs！

技巧這東西是一個想法，藉由身體的四肢去發揮出很多靈活的變化。各行各業都會有厲害的職人，運用他們的知識、經驗和能力，發揮屬於他們的技術。要練就技術需要長時間的練習和在錯誤中學習，才能獲得。

在高爾夫的世界裡，這是一個個人化的運動，所以對於個人技巧就非常要求。球友們花以年為單位的時間去練出自己的技巧。而最困擾多數球友的在於工具這塊。在高爾夫球具裡有不同長度和桿頭設計的產品，球友們需要練好不同球桿才能發揮最好的表現。

球桿越長雖然使用比較難，但對於個人技術上反而越短的桿子越需要個人技術。為什麼？應該越長的桿子越難使用，使用技巧也要好才能控制好球桿。但實際上，越長的桿子如果桿子配置好，就算動作和技巧不是很到位，球還是不會差太多。

在短的桿子裡，比如wedge或putter，都是打短要打“準度”。如果你的技巧不好，控制球桿一點不對，就無法達到應該有的結果。長距離的桿子偏一點都可以接受，但短距離的桿子，方向和距離偏一點就影響最後的結果。

這就是長的桿子和短的桿子的最大不同之處。這也是說，越長的桿子可以利用更多的力量。反之，短的桿子重技巧。所謂的技巧在於你如何控制桿子、還有身體？很多推桿的模擬器都會有推擊的路線顯示在果嶺上，但就算路線畫出來，你不見得推的出來。

In golf, it's a personal sport with highly personal skills. Golfers spend years to develop their skills in order to perform the best result. However, skills need not only time to build, but learn from the mistakes and failure.

The difficulty of golf is to manage and control various clubs with right interactions. Since golf clubs have various length and features for the purposes. You have to do a lot of training to build your own skills of controlling the clubs for reaching the mission.

With my experience and knowledge, the most difficulty of skills is short length clubs such as wedges and putter. Why? longer clubs such as driver and woods are okey to allow you to play a range of target instead of target certain spot. That's why you can drive the ball long that doesn't mean you can win the game.

If you would like to have a good ending of the game, you must have good short game and putting skills. It's all about the accuracy in short length clubs and takes long time to build the relationship and skills with these tools. That is all about the skills of how you control the clubs and also manage your power and energy.

下集開始。

就算推桿路徑讓你掌握了，還有力道這個因素。這也是短的桿子難的地方。就如同做數學題目，知道答案卻還是解不出答案。這是要經年累月的練習，才能讓你的身體和四肢，去記憶掌握好控制球桿和力道。

這就是為什麼短桿和推桿是贏球的關鍵。距離再遠，準度和技巧沒有就是贏不了球。你可以2桿上果嶺，但在推桿上3推。而且往往打得遠的球友，短距離的桿子就是罩門。很多senior就是把短桿練得如火純青，在練習場練上百顆球。為了在短距離可以制勝！

所以短的桿子要控制身體，和技巧的熟練度才能有好的表現。而我現在的成績沒有太大進步，就在我在短桿和推桿沒有提升或穩定。往往我可以標準桿上果嶺，但在推桿和短切上就無法像鐵桿和木桿類那樣有自信。

不是短桿和推桿技巧不會，而是不熟練、不穩定。身體對於力量和對細節的掌握沒有很好。桿子基本都適合，但就是沒有足夠的經驗和技巧去做好。導致無法進洞。而要提升短距離的精準度和掌握球桿能力，都要多下場才能建立經驗和技巧。

所以對於短的桿子，我自己的經驗，不只要桿子到位，人也要夠好，技巧和經驗都需要到一個水平才能得到你要的結果。沒有一定的練習時間投入是無法掌握自如！

Regarding putting, it's the toughest part for golf. Distance is not the issue for putting, it's all about controlling your body and putter. More importantly it takes time to build your skills with experiences. You have to read the green and also deliver the right power. If you don't have enough experience, you are unable to make the good putting.

That's why golf is talking about your overall control and abilities of various clubs! Driving long distance doesn't mean you have better chance to win the game, how can you manage the short clubs are the key to win in the end. I saw some senior golfers practice over one hundred balls in driving range for short game. They know the distance is not the advantage, all they need to do is build the short game skills in order to win others.

Short irons and wedges are all about controlling your body power and building the skills of playing with the clubs. Most of time, you would not need full swing to deliver the distance, the half swing or quarter swing is the way to deliver the right distance for the target. If you do not build this skills, it's easy to fail. I did made many stupid chipping before, but now I have got lots of experience and knowledge to manage my swing skills.

There is no short cut for the short game and putting. Without certain of time and experiences invested, your skills are unable to establish. That's the best thing of the golf since you need to build the skills from zero to something. It's part of golf!
