Dick’s sporting goods連鎖店!

最近雨下不停，球也打不了。所以就來球具店轉轉。今天是開箱Dick's Sporting goods連鎖店。它是老牌子的美國運動用品連鎖店，裡頭基本各類運動器材和配件都有。有時候它們有優惠也是會來訂購。因為是連鎖通路，產品也比較可靠，服務也不錯。

這邊的運動連鎖店都是佔地面積很大，你一逛就可以花上幾個小時，所以我通常都是直接去找我需要的區塊去看，不然時間會忘記。它還有其他運動用品的銷售，逛起來會比較有趣和多樣。這次的店在德州的Frisco，和mall是連在一起。有2層樓的面積。東西很多！

其實在美國買東西，連鎖店的價格都一樣，就看你喜歡哪一家的服務或哪一家離你住的地方比較近，來決定。要不然其實現在網路訂購非常發達，都是網路買，然後直接寄到家。要不就是網路下單，直接到附近的店來取貨。但逛店還是有一定的樂趣。當然還有折扣區，這是在網路看不到，只能到實體店區挖寶。

就我個人的經驗，不管是網上或網下，我買東西還是會選連鎖店或知名的店家。因為售後服務是非常重要。一來，大公司對於退換貨，退錢，基本不囉嗦。如果網上買，也可以免費寄回、退錢、換貨。別認為這不重要，如果你產品尺寸不對，尤其鞋子，前一代和新一代的尺寸有可能會不一樣。你如果沒有在門市試過，尺寸的選擇就會錯了。而退換貨就很重要。有些網店或許價格便宜但退貨程序麻煩，而且你要負擔寄回費用，搞得勞民傷財！

它們的價格都是一樣但好處是有保障。尤其球桿價格不便宜，角度、尺寸和規格不對，東西狀況不錯，拿到店裡和他們說一下都還是可以換的。衣服和其他商品都是不錯，尤其有折扣時就是下手好時間。每年的黑色星期五都會有折扣。這是在美國買東西的好處。

It's been raining lately, can't play golf during such rainy days. That's why I stop by the Dick's sporting goods with my day off. I like to check the sporting goods as there are many things to know and buy. Of course, the golf is my main target today to check.

This store is located Frisco, TX and connected with the mall. It's very convenient once you have checked the sporting goods then to other sides for other stores of the mall. Since it's in mall, the goods are not as many as stand alone store. The golf section is around half size of the floor.

There are club fitting rooms for golfers to get fit. I think getting fit is the most fashionable thing for golf. All golf related stores are scrambling this sale. The store is not as big as PGA Superstore but there are more customers than PGA superstore. It's important for retail store who needs customers to shop.

I personally prefer to shop the chain store on both online and offline. Why? It's more reliable and better post services such as return, refund and exchange. If you deal with small online store, you will need to responsible for the return shipping and other related fee. But these big stores, you can drop the products on the local stores or pick up the order at the store near you.

It's more convenient and time saving on later post service. Even though the price is not good, you can reply on their warranty and services. I think Dick's sporting goods store is more fun to check and shop than PGA superstore. It's not as big as superstore but more product selections.
