這也是我會改為手指的握桿，因為可以增加更多的力量和釋放。對於速度和力量都不是很突出的我，就會考量所有可以提升力量的方式。而利用手指握桿，如果手指不是很長，握把的粗細就要考慮細一點，才能容易握好、握穩。

這相較於用手掌來握的方式就不一樣。握把的尺寸上手掌的握法，需要讓手掌可以大面積去握，而握把太細，或尺寸不對，會導致握的人無法握完全。握把太細對手掌握法的人，容易產生握不夠或強勢握法。再次強調，握法看個人喜好，手掌握法沒有不好，只是無法發揮最大效能。不要沒有看完全部文章就評論！

以目前的標準握把尺寸和大小，如果是用手掌握法的人來說都會有點細。這也是我認為大家要去思考和改善的一個地方。換握把不會花很多錢，但一旦改變後你會很有感。如果換midsize或large size的握把，握把重量會比較重，相對於目前50+- 2g的標準/standard尺寸握把來說會重上5～12g。

或許用類似Superstroke推桿握把，重量輕，表皮軟。這樣就可以讓握把的尺寸增加但重量不會增加太多。可能日本款的Winn握把是有類似的鐵、木桿的握把設計是可以考量。或是DeChambeau的握把品牌也是考量的選擇。

握把是你最親密的戰友，他的價格沒有桿身和桿頭那樣。所以你可以嘗試去調整或更換。尺寸如果對了，你會更有信心去發力和下桿。而握把是消耗品，使用一段時間就需要更換，才能讓你的操控球桿能力維持高檔。其他錢可以省但握把的錢最不能省。

The reason I use finger gripping is to add more releasing power during the ball contact. It's important for me since I am not a powerful hitter or fast swing golfer. Any approach can help me increase the head speed, I will try it and work it on. Of course the fingers have various lengths and you can pick up the right grip size to fit your play.

For palm gripping, generally it needs bigger grip size in order to allow you grip solidly and most of standard size grips are unable to let you grip completely that would force you grip aggressively and unable to do more power releasing during the ball contact. Again, gripping is personal preference, all my points are based on the efficiency and better result. That's why I use finger gripping.

Picking up the right grip size is critical to handle your golf club easily and consistently. It won't cost you too much money to replace one but once you get the right size with your gripping, you will feel totally different and more confident on your swing.

For bigger grip size with lighter grip weight, maybe superstroke putter grip style is good. Japan Winn grips might have something light weight and bigger size or DeChambeau current grip product is also the one to consider. All you need to do it spend some money to change one grip with the right size to try out.

Regularly replacement of your golf grips, it will help you perform better and feel good during the swing. The cost of golf grip and replacement won't cost you too much and that's the way you treat your gears with the best maintenance and care.
