推桿淺談～手臂推桿/About putter~ series 1！上集

推桿是每個人都熟悉也需要做好的一支桿。但對於推桿訂製來說卻是極少球友會考慮的一支桿子。原因很覺得，因為你覺得至少桿子裡頭最短，也是自己可以努力練習得到好的結果。但實際上卻不是如此。你下場推有覺得得心應手嗎？

答案似乎否定！為什麼，因為有很多原因，但最重要的在於你對推桿有沒有信心和瞭解度？撇開閱讀果嶺的能力，這塊要有一定的專業和經驗才能做得好。但就推桿本身就有很多的細節和重點是多數球友所不清楚。

大家對推桿似乎都知道長度、重量、握把粗細重量等。但對於推桿桿面角度，桿面前移、後移、桿身中插或有桿頸.....千絲萬縷的很多規格和細節都是你有看沒懂的數據和名稱。你或許覺得這不重要也對使用沒有什麼影響。但實際就是有影響。

多數球友都是用雙手在推桿。所以從superstroke開始這類的握把就特好賣。因為大家都是用手掌我握把，不是手指扣住握把的方式。而這就是如何讓你選擇推桿的一個小細節。所以大握把就可能讓你掌握好推桿的能力。

用手臂推桿是比較容易。因為手臂可以掌握球桿更容易、更快。但問題是穩定性和持久性相對不好。一開始體力不錯，手臂力量就比較容易控制。但手臂也容易累，一旦累了，你常常會無法控制到很多細節。這也是精神力和集中力會影響手臂執行推擊的任務。

Puttter is most important golf club in your bag, but few golfers would custom putter. Why? Since golfers believe it's able to work it out by themselves and through the experience, they can put better. Practically it's incorrect and if you do not have good putter to help you, your experience would not help you gain the good score.

There are many features, specification and setup related with personalization on putter such as the putter weight, length, and grip size. Do you know the putter face offset, face loft, face aggression, and shaft inserting... These are highly related with golfers' usage and preference. You might think it's not important and no effect for the performance and accuracy, but it's influencing your putting result.

Most average golfers are using arms to put and that's why superstroke grips are good for them to control the putter. Most golfers need to use big size of putter grip to control the putter as traditional putter size is hard for golfers to control the club. Thin grip is hard for them to grip and control, more importantly, it needs more energy to grip the putter. That's why nowadays putter grips are bigger size.

Average golfers do not have time to play golf, therefore the club can give them forgiving, easy to control and less energy to play that are the best features. When you know the reasons for such details, you are able to pick the right parts and specification of the putter for yourself.

Using arms to put is the easiest approach and the putter needs to be heavy in order to allow your arms control and grip the putter easier. That's why your putter has to be heavy than average retail putters. Moreover, the putter length needs to be shorter for your arms to control. These are the factors for you to know then you can feel the differences.
