所以球友們關門自修,做健身,爬測評、刷產品視頻和行情、再找技師協助做屠龍刀。而不是詐騙集團的ATM。對於揮桿動作,我自己經驗是,要開掛、遙遙領先就在動作上,效果遠比球桿要來得猛。前提是你的球桿八字合你的動作和身體,動作提升才能拉到滿。所以不存在所謂;我先把動作練起來,再搞我的降魔刀。因為身體會適應球桿,不對的桿子,身體的小宇宙很難燒得旺。
以動作來說、要升級,核心在;“穩定性、精準度”。穩定性從你的揮桿動作站姿開始,細節有,“球”擺的位置,你的馬步、握桿、身體重心等。我能開掛和提升擊球距離都是把最初這些東西,重新去檢視和修正。穩定性不是在於上下桿過程,還有收桿,你擊球後的釋放有沒有去檢視?釋放走經,就是身體強度和韌性不及格和球桿八字不合。這是多數球友問題,我也經歷過這個鬼壓床。
精準度就是桿面觸球的位置!簡單說就是有沒有打中甜蜜點?打到甜蜜點,球桿的爆發力才可以解鎖,打在其他位置就是白忙、自嗨。我自己的經驗是;精準度和擊球速度是綁在一起,當下桿速度快或節奏快,你對桿頭的控制與移動路徑,就媽祖保佑了。要精準度就像中樂透一樣、可遇不可求。以前我一直認為,速度、節奏快,就算沒有打到甜蜜點,一樣可以有不錯距離,但年紀大了這個觀念就錯得離譜。
我常觀察別人打球,有一次和一位50幾歲的韓國球友併組打,他的節奏像5G降速到LTE一樣,慢到都有頓點了,但打出來的距離和我一樣,當下把我給打傻了。球桿韌性加甜蜜點等於解密距離鎖,不需要打得像擊遠賽那樣,火力四射,但出界的都不算。我理解到身體小宇宙不需要一直燒啊,適度放鬆是讓身體集氣和有韌性的關鍵。身體一直是處於灌飽狀態,就很難控制,同時身體沒有韌性,力量的傳遞就更差。
要讓你有最好的擊球效果和精準度,同時可以最佳化控制身體運行動作,就是讓你的身體適度放鬆和動作節奏降速。你不要認為節奏變慢簡單,做了,你就發覺身體一些部位,抖了、還是中風,無法扛住球桿在上下桿過程的維持平面和控制桿頭。同時你也會開天眼,知道你的球桿和你對不對盤?
我今年的調整,就是整個果實覺醒、開掛了。這種以柔克剛和現在你看到的主流選手的絕對力量打法是不同。對錯、好壞是因人而定,也看個人需求來評估。以個人和球具技師角度來說,業餘球友需要用業餘需求和標準去練。用職業選手的方法和訓練,要不就走火入魔,內功不足、自損其身!不是只有揮桿過程才等於結果,從準備開始就知道結果了。
Golfers must do their homework—read reviews, understand market trends, and then seek technician assistance for customization, rather than being exploited. From my experience, improving your swing yields greater results than upgrading clubs. However, if your clubs are unsuitable for your swing and body, the effect is limited. But with suitable clubs, improving and adjusting your swing will lead to significant progress.
Let's talk about the golf swing, I believe two keys of the swing are based on "stability and accuracy." Stability involves correctly setting up your swing, such as ball positioning, stance, gripping, and body condition. These initial elements are crucial, and correcting them has significantly enhanced my performance. Stability isn't just about the swing but also the follow-through.
Precision refers to the point of contact between the clubface and the ball, specifically hitting the sweet spot. Striking the sweet spot optimizes the club's performance, whereas hitting other areas results in inefficiencies with short distance. From my experience, precision is directly related to your swing speed.
With faster swings tempo, controlling the clubhead's path becomes more challenging, making precision nearly impossible. I used to believe that high speed and tempo, even without hitting the sweet spot, would still yield good distance, but as I've aged, I've realized this was wrong.
To achieve the best swing effect and accuracy while controlling your body, you must maintain a relaxed body initially and slow down your tempo. Slowing down is not an easy job. When you try, you'll realize some upper body lack the strength to maintain balance during the swing. You'll also find out your clubs don't fit your body and swing.
Amateur golfers should use amateur standards and requirements. The conditions and training of professional players aren't applicable to everyone, and their methods and tools might not suit you. Adjusting my approach this year, focusing on these aspects, has significantly improved my game.
