而這樣的做法並沒有減低我練習的質量和要求。反而動作穩定性更好。因為身體的配合度更好。當然我自己平時,在鍛鍊身體和練拉伸也是功不可沒。只是現在覺得身體的控制能力比以前更好。雖然練球的數量不多,一樣達到練球的效果。

我自己的想法是,練球就如同下場一樣。每一球都是和你下場一樣的全力以赴。也不會隨便亂打。而且我從以前開始就不做擊球前的試揮。因為試揮也是等同你揮桿。所以要讓身體可以蓄勢待發,讓力量可以續飽的發揮。如果你平時的練習是持續且長久,就相信你的身體吧!以前常常試揮很棒,但實際打就烙賽。

現在可以理解為什麼Bubba Watson 會不做試揮,也不會去賽前練球。因為這非常耗體力。每一球都假想比賽時的狀況,但練球的量一旦多,你後面身體和大腦的集中力就很難收放自如。因為你的大腦無法長時間的集中在動作上。所以當你的試揮越多,到實際打時反而無法打好。

所以要練質量需要有一定的程度。前提是你的身體已經有動作的基礎和經驗。要相信自己的身體是可以執行和做到你要的方式和結果。同時避免過多的擊球前揮擊,因為身體這樣一來一往,當你要正式執行擊球反而會身體和大腦配合不上。

最後,要記得身體和大腦要配合好,需要有堅強的身體和體力。不要把練習和試揮當主餐。很多人練球虎虎生風,試揮如同老虎上身,但實際打卻剃刀球或來個大右曲。身體強度要先建立,體力和集中力是連動關係。這是練質的基礎!

Although I only play 30 to 40 balls per round but it doesn't make my swing inconsistently. Since my body already builds the golf swing and I do not need to practice too many balls to make the swing consistent. Of course, I work out my body and stretch all the time to make the body better and strong. It's the fundamental for golf swing.

My idea is to pretend each swing is like playing on the golf course, I need to 100% focus with my body and brain. I do not make the swing practice before the actual shot. Since it's made my body and brain hard to be consistent. I was doing practice swing before stepping the swing, but when it's on the actual swing, I get bad swing sometimes.

That's why I can realize why Bubba Watson does not have practice swing or go to the driving range to practice before the tournament. It's extremely power consuming for swing practice, if you make too many swings before the actual play, you can not have good result. Since your brain can not have concentration for long time.

However, to build your swing quality for practice is important to have swing fundamental. If your swing is not built yet or not consistent, you can not work on the quality of the swing as you need more time and swing practices to build your golf swing.

Eventually, you need to trust your body and swing to work on the good swing. If you still do a lot of swings, it won't help your swing much. To build your swing quality, you need to build a good body to support you operate the swing details. It's all related with your swing!
