比如，這隻木桿要設定D2，但可能照SOP做會差一定重量，使用在桿頭需要加多一點的膠，或是桿頭重量需要加少一點的膠。或是桿身裁減到可以組裝的長度，每一支桿身的重量都會有不同。而這也是影響最後使用結果和感覺的因素。

再說到，是訂製球桿的話，組裝就是一門學問。因為要裝多長、多重、和組裝的細節,都是會影響到最後的使用結果和感受。就我個人的經驗，用不同的膠就會影響到回饋，而且會影響挺大。而膠卻是很多球友和技師會忽略的一環。

組裝不是把桿子黏上去就可以。如果是好的作品和技術好的技師，整個組裝的步驟是一般組裝的2～3倍。也就是一般組裝可能5個步驟就可以組裝好一支球桿，技術好的技術可能就需要超過15個步驟的組裝流程。

所以很多打過我的桿子的朋友或球友都說你的桿子怎麼這麼好打，手感好棒....因為我一支桿子組裝就比外面技師花更多時間和在意很多細節，把所有變數都盡量考慮進去，才能得到好的結果和回饋。

光膠的費用我就比一般工坊用的要貴3～5倍。膠不是只有黏住，還要考慮膠的韌性，吸震和強度等。沒有去試很多不同的膠，就很難知道哪一款好？就連裝的過程也都要講究。不是趕快裝給客人打就好。好的技師可以預知到一些狀況和問題，在組裝前排除。這就是純技術的底子。

所以，球桿的回饋是一個很奇妙的結果。每個人都想要再買到和他之前那一支球桿那種感覺，但不幸的事，在現實上做不到，只能盡可能去做到相似的感覺，無法複製。但我認為，你應該要去發掘更多好的球桿，給你更多不同感覺的刺激，對你才有幫助。拘泥在一支桿子不會讓你更好或瞭解球桿的變化和豐富的回饋。往前看才能讓你看到更多美麗的風景！

All the parts have various specification even it's the same model and product. We can not always follow the standard operation procedure for all the golf clubs in assembling. With all the differentiations on the parts, it will result in completely different feedback in play.

If you are building your own custom golf club, the assembling is the key to get the good feedback. Since custom golf club has no standard or specification to follow and the clubfitter and clubmaker's expertise, knowledge and experience are critical for golfers to get the good result and feel. With my experience, the epoxy is also important factor to make the impact feel differently.

Most golfers don't think assembling is important work. Assembling is just to put the epoxy for shaft and head. It's not that easy and simple as the good epoxy is able to have better loading and more flexible on impact. My epoxy is expensive with expiration. If you care all the details, your golf club can be as good as you expect.

The golf club assemble process can be varied by different clubmakers. The good clubmakers are able to work more steps for assembling because it works on the details to avoid the problems and increase stability on usage. Honestly most of clubmakers don't care the details and just put all together for golfers. That's why it's hard to get the good golf club with amazing feel.

Golf club feedback is intangible thing, and for some golfers, it's extremely important to work with the right feel in golf clubs. However, I suggest golfers to embrace other different products and specification in order to know the differentiations and possibilities. It's the best way for you to have more fun on golf clubs, isn't it?
