我也能瞭解到其他球友或選手他們的試揮意義,和他們試揮著重的重點在哪?因為看出他們試揮的核心就知道,它們如何去發力和力量的爆發方式。以前會覺得,很多人的試揮方式都不一樣,多數球友的試揮和正式揮的動作都一樣,一些人的試揮就簡化或強調特定的部位和動作。如果你的的動作和試揮沒有關聯,那說明你還沒有找到對的方法,讓你的實際擊球的成功率或精準度連結起來。

一個揮桿動作可以分為上、下、收桿等步驟,而這些步驟要在不到一秒時間裡完成,而身體所受的負擔和運行複雜度是極高。而你的動作要做好,就是要讓身體知道在對的時間點,去做對的動作和產生爆發力來。你需要去切割或瞭解你的動作的陰揚頓挫所在。因為這些點都是身體各部位做轉換的地方。讓它們可以在對的點,做對的事!這也是試揮的核心。

對我來說,我有不同的試揮,有的是強調下半身的轉動,有的是整體、有的是上半身、還有的是收桿。當我覺得哪個部分做的不好,或身體還沒有讓特定部位熱起來,就會特別去做特定區塊的熱身。或許我是做整體動作的試揮,其實我是特別對發力的點和身體部位感受和動作出來。所以我很清楚我在試哪個部位和方式。

所以試揮是非常個人化的模式,沒有標準,也不需要和你正式的揮桿動作一樣。什麼動作,可以快速引導你的身體,去做出應該有的扭轉和效果,才是試揮應該要有的任務。不是單純的耍花招,但實際打卻東倒西歪。所以高爾夫走越久,越會重回到原點去調整和修正自己的問題,比如握桿、站姿、擊球前的準備和思考。才發現原來是這樣!

The pre swing doesn't need to be the same with your actual swing, since people are different and you can use your own ways to make your body get ready for the swing. That's the key and mission for the pre swing instead of swing hard without purpose. The benefits of pre swing helps me loose my body and easier to rotation my upper and lower bodies. Also to feel the keys of the body points to generate the rotation power.

Everybody needs to know that the swing is operated within 1 second and the body needs to execute the up swing, down swing and releasing, that's highly loading on the body. You will need to make it with your own tempo in order to allow your body to perform the best result. With my swing, I make the up and down swing transformation to be slow that allows the upper and lower bodies to perform the rotation easily and smoothly.

My pre swing is also focusing that body transition point. I have a number of pre swing approaches to make my body get ready for the swing. The pre swing is concentrating on the lower body rotation and others are addressing on the upper body and shoulder releasing. You can have various pre swing to wake up your body for the swing. That's how preparation is all about.

As a result, there is no standard pre swing for golfers to follow. You can have your own pre swing to get your body ready to strike the ball. The key is to make your body wake up to perform the swing correctly and smoothly. Golf is fun since you play longer, you will go back to the initiation to check all the things such as gripping style, swing setup and preparation swing. You know you can get better by correcting or adjusting these with your knowledge and experience.
