你看職業選手們的動作,超過8成的動作都是身體扭轉,而產生爆發力的效果。也說明這樣身體扭轉是可以讓人得到最好的力量。所以如果你把下盤給制約住了,也就是站寬了,同時左腳頂住,不讓它側傾,跟著身體扭轉,那就無法利用身體由下而上的扭轉力量。

你看米克森的動作就是最好的說明,他的動作是最flex/柔順,而也是利用整個身體的扭轉,由下而上的去產生最大的力量來進行擊球。所以我不懂,一些文章或教練去要求球友把左腳膝蓋給固定住幹嘛,耍什麼傻?Again,除非你的身體是肌肉浩克,可以用上半身和手臂力量來擊球就很遠。不然腳的扭轉、彈性都給你鎖住了,哪裏的力量。

站寬也是你的腳無法進行身體扭轉的動作。因為腳已經被固定住了。大家清醒點,你有強大的肌肉群嗎?你平時有鍛鍊嗎?沒有的話,還學選手那種固定下盤,利用上半身的轉動擊球。他們站寬是利用腰、肩膀的轉動來擊球。

就算他們站寬來擊球,但他們有力量,利用上半身的轉動擊球。不是單純靠手臂來砸球。這是你和他們不同的地方。一些半桶水響叮噹,要學選手那種動作卻只學其形,而不得其效!拜託,你們這些敢教人的人,也要先看學員們的條件和體型去分析吧。沒有那個屁股,卻給他吃不對的瀉藥。適得其反。

去想和利用身體力學才是王道。這也是現代揮桿動作的核心基礎。因為動作要能發揮到最好,就是依據力學原理。我們就是要距離、有力量,你還把我的力量封印起來。難怪我一直打不好、距離出不來。邪門歪道速速退去!

Looking at the professional golfers' swing, over 80% of them are using body rotation to generate the maximum swing power. If you fix the feet's flexibility, your body is unable to produce the power from the lower body and the power is cut down to half. I do not know these swing coaches idea for fixed and wide standing. If you know the human dynamic, we need to generate the power from lower body to upper body. You might say some pros stand wide and can generate the great power of swing, that's based on their strong body that can perform better on shoulder rotation.

The swing coach needs to check golfers' profile in order to give the right instructions for the swing and also lead the right approach for them. There are many ways for building golfers' swing and you need to provide the right solutions for golfers based on their body strength then the golfers can have the best result. It's not one fits all swing and approach.
