還有,實體店可以試,感受產品的材質和質量。這是網路所不及和做不到。就算有免費退貨服務,我還是會想去店裡買和退貨,省去包裝和寄送的麻煩。再來,退換貨,實體也是屌爆網路。網路退貨要把東西裝會原本包裹,再聯絡廠商進行物品退貨程序。有些廠商退貨還有負擔運費等成本。

我必須說,目前的網路銷售還是無法和實體通路的便利性和溝通互動性相抗衡。現在疫情下,物品運送時間也比較長。入手時間拉長,也會影響銷售和購買意願。種種的問題還是解決不了。我已經是一個長久網購的鐵粉,但實話說,實體買和退、換貨要比網購簡單也快速多了。

我昨天就去買新的Apple MacBook Air,本來想網路直接買,但手邊有舊的MacBook Pro也都沒有用,想去trade in,這樣折點錢也好。研究網路買和trade in要很麻煩,先付全額買,再把舊Macbook寄給Apple,他們評估價值,再給你gift card。一來一往時間可能都要一個月。我直接去Apple店把MacBook給他們然後折抵,拿新air。半個鐘頭就收工回家玩新Air!

對高爾夫來說,打球基本對社交距離和口罩沒有大問題。因為這是自己的運動,就算和朋友打球也不會靠得緊緊的,除非打對抗性的運動如,籃球、足球等。但買球桿,上網買也不是什麼大工程。大品牌的產品都是某種程度標準化產品,不存在質量的問題。

實體店和網路有很大的差異。或許對大家來說,都是買一樣的東西,沒有不一樣。但實體店能活到現在,也說明它有其存在的優勢。就算都賣標準化產品,你也無法像在實體店這樣逛,實體可以擺的產品樣式和數量是網路沒辦法比。

如果要你在網路上看10頁的產品數量,不把你的眼睛給看掛掉。但10頁數量的產品在實體店2~5分就可以看完和瞭解性價比。更重要,實體店每週都會有更新產品,樣式和價格都比網路要更優。

我這樣網路重度用戶都無法阻擋到實體店的消費,也說明網路和實體共存。也確實讓銷售可以1+1大於1的結果。所以在疫情影響下,如何提振實體店的銷售是廠商恢復到疫情前的銷售很重要的課題。

I must say I am still in love with shopping in retail stores. Why? there are so many products in the stores and I can check, compare and feel the differentiations then make the purchases. It's part of the life we have. No mention it's so easy to make the return, exchange and refund compared with online return, refund and exchange. It's no hassle at all.

With the pandemic, online sales have been boosting but the lead time of shipping is taking more days to receive. It's really hard to order online if it takes longer time to get. Now the malls and stores are reopening. It's easier to get the products and return/refund as usual for the purchasing.

For example, I recently get the new Apple Macbook air but I go directly to the Apple store nearby my place instead of purchasing online. Since I have had one Macbook pro without using for years and would like to trade in to get some discount for the new macbook air.

If I go online, I have to pay the full amount then send the old macbook pro to Apple and they will evaluate the value of macbook pro then send me the gift card. But I just go to the Apple store to present my macbook pro then the specialist will check and evaluate the value. I get my new MacBook Air with discount about 30 minutes purchasing.

I like to purchase online but offline has things that online can not compete with. The life has changed gradually but something is hard to change even the technology has been helping us with our daily life. Hopefully it can be passed soon and we can enjoy the shopping in both online and offline.
