下集開始。

很多球友對於球道木的使用也比較少，因為桿子長，而且要從球道，不是架tee的狀態下擊球，難度和動作穩定就非常重要。所以多數的球友多半用小雞腿的16/17度來取代球道木。這也是因人而異。我一些朋友他們的距離夠，在台灣的球場，通常第二桿就需要小雞腿的距離就可以打上果嶺。因為很多球道都是狗腿設計。

在台灣小雞腿的使用頻率和機會絕對比球道木要高。但對於一般球友來說，距離很少可以有開球270碼以上，所以你的小雞腿距離在200碼上下就變得很重要。而小雞腿的彈道高到高空的能量和衝力明顯沒有3鐵和5木好。所以我個人比較喜歡用5木或3鐵。

所以在現在桿身進步和個人化球桿的加持下，我的中長鐵進步就一支3鐵在打。我的7鐵在160碼，對於要190～160，我都是3鐵來打。所以我的4、5、6鐵都是完好如新。而我考慮今年來組一套鐵桿，桿面角度強勢，這樣對於3或4鐵就只要一支來打，7鐵一樣維持不變但距離可以再拉遠10碼。對於第二桿的範圍涵蓋就更好。

強勢鐵桿也是這幾年的風潮。Callaway就是把鐵桿的角度越做越強勢。今年新的epon 506鐵桿也是強勢角度。所以看來，鐵桿強勢是強龍壓境，大家也可以越打越輕鬆和簡單。但別誤解，不是你的距離增加，是桿子角度強勢，所以你的7鐵可以比現在7鐵要遠個15碼不是問題。

桿子是協助你，不是造成你的問題和煩惱。以前都會帶整組鐵桿下場但需要用的就那幾支。所以就把其他桿子拿掉。我也建議大家，依據自己實際使用的需求去帶適合的桿子。好好去發揮你常用的桿子，打出不同變化效果比抗一堆桿子要專業。

To use long golf club to play is easy and simple strategy. It works perfectly on me, you can try it as well.

There are many golfers to play hybrid instead of fairway woods and long irons. Since hybrid is easier to drive the ball with forgiving, However it's no good on distance since the trajectory is high that will make the ball flight shorter when the wind is strong. I was using 16/17 loft hybrid to replace the fairway woods for long distance on second shot. After my swing is mature and swing consistent, I replace the hybrid to 3i or 5 wood for better distance.

The good thing is recent iron loft becomes strong and looks at the Callaway new irons, its strong loft can allow you to drive the distance with the same iron number. I plan to build the new iron set with strong loft in this year and I am able to deliver the distance longer with the same iron number. That's the advantage for average golfers to consider and take.

For me, the long and mid irons are placed by hybrids, that's the trend for golf clubs. Everyone has own advantage and demands on the golf clubs. Like me I like to use long iron and 5 wood for long second shot. You can be different and with your strategy, your clubs are matched your distance requirements for the best result. The key is to play your best with the most confident golf clubs from your bag.
