我也觀察、研究很多選手的打法。以美國的選手打法都非常著重在上半身的轉動上。所以他們的身體肌肉非常強壯。肌肉也非常的發達。因為他們是以上半身為主的發電機。這是比較近代化的打法!歐洲或澳洲的打法還是非常的50/50,上下半身的轉動各半。

而那一種好?各有所長,但美系的肌肉男的動作更加有效,因為他們把下盤當作支撐而已,力量完全以上半身的肩膀轉動為主。所以他們的站位更寬,因為如果你站寬,會讓下盤不容易把力量帶上去。不容易扭轉胯和腳產生力量就是站寬的副作用。所以這是美系打法最大的亮點。但建議如果你的肌肉沒有美國隊長的水平就不要這樣做。因為力量會不夠。

站寬可以讓你的上半身的轉動更有支撐力,不容易晃動,尤其上半身的下桿速度是更快,力量大的往下灌入。如果下盤不穩,就會影響觸球和釋放。球就會亂跑。所以轉肩就是上半身最關鍵的力量發動機。要讓你的觸球可以把力量完全的灌註到桿頭上,你的手臂要完全釋放打直,必須要肩膀的協助。

肩膀的轉動對多數球友來說是不容易,因為這部分平時根本沒有用到,而且其他運動用到的機會也不大。所以你要知道如何用得順暢和到位,要先練肌肉,尤其是背部,肩膀和手臂等部位。這些肌肉沒有起來,肩膀不可能練起來。因為這很容易會拉傷或肌肉發炎。我初期練的時候就常背痛,因為整個腰,胸是被扭轉的狀態。沒有固定做拉伸就容易拉傷。

大家可以觀察選手的擊球動作去瞭解肩膀如何轉動。我自己保留這個竅門。因為這一點都不難,只要把一個小動作做好,自然可以把肩膀轉好。但花了我7、8年才懂,才知道。對的動作都有共同點,所以觀察選手的動作就可以知道答案。這樣你的球就可以又直又遠!

I have been studying a number of professional golfers swings, for American pros are focusing on the upper body's body rotation. The key difference is the standing widely. Since they have strong upper body with outstanding muscles and the more upper body rotation can help them strike the ball harder and faster.

On the other hand, European pros are using 50/50 (lower and upper) body swing rotation. Why? Because American pros are taller and stronger body, they use what it's the best for them to gain the best result for the swing. However, if you do not have such strong body and shape, you should use your whole body rotation to generate the maximum swing power.

Standing wide can allow your upper body to swing harder and faster, but it's not able to get the power from lower body as the lower body rotation needs to turn your hip and feet. Standing wide will not make the lower body rotation easily. For average golfers, you need to think how to generate your power easily and smoothly.

Shoulder rotation is not an easy part for average golfers since this port of the body is not used in the daily life. That's why you need to train your upper body core muscles and regularly do the stretch in order to allow your back, waist , shoulder and chest to do the rotation. I used to get painful on my back when I was building my upper body rotation, it's hard and takes time to build your body to do such work.

I suggest average golfers to refer the professional golfers' swings and focus on the down swing with shoulder rotation, you can learn from their shoulder rotation approach. With my experience, it's not hard but it has been taking me over 8 years to get it. You need to know if the right swing rotation, there is always the right detail in common. Looking the detail of their swings, you will get the answer.
