平衡練習就是針對每支腳的強化和平衡控制力。比如單腳獨立,就是可以讓你感受腳底,會依據身體重量的變化,而不斷去調整身體重心的位置。這就是讓你的腳底,可以習慣去自動調整身體重量的變化。

練久後,這樣的腳底調整,會更順暢和快速。也就是說,你單腳站立會更穩固和容易。是因為你的腳底和腳可以快速反應面對身體非平衡時的狀態。當然這也算是下盤身體強化的一部分。

身體平衡性好,可以讓你在揮桿過程中,尤其在下桿時,面對球桿和上半身的動態變化,更容易和穩定。在上下桿過程,身體重心因為手臂和球桿的移動,導致下半身需要更大的平衡力去因應。所以平衡性就在這裡很重要。

當我們上半身動作很快時(力量越大),對於下半身就必須去面對這樣挑戰。如果下半身不穩或沒有快速平衡時,身體就會失去平衡而產生移動。這樣你的擊球精準度就不高,簡單說就是打不倒甜蜜點。

雖然我們擊球是上半身,但卻要靠下半身的支撐力,去承受上半身的動能和位能。從這裡就可以知道下半身是所有運動的基礎。所以要打好球就好好鍛鍊你的下盤!平衡和爆發力都在下半身。力與美都在這裡。

Standing on one foot is the way to train your body balance. You can feel your foot with the whole body's weight for the loading and it's trying to fine tune the body balance without falling dow. You will need to training your single foot to load the weight statically. Once you can stand solidly without problem, you are able to move on the dynamic single foot training.

The importance of balance training is allowed your foot to face and adjust the weight balance easily and quickly. Even though the foot is not fully balanced, you need to turn to balance with your own. That's the whole training task. Do not think it's an easy job to do it, it's going to take a while to get used.

If you have good body balance in lower body, it will help you better manageon downswing, since the downswing is fast and powerful. If your lower body is strong enough to support the upper body, you are going to have the best swing and power in striking. The upper and lower body must be working perfectly for balancing then you are going to have good result for impact.

Most average golfers think upper body is important and can drive the power for better distance. They ignore the importance of lower body for supporting. The balance is the key and fundamental for the golf swing. Now trying to get more excise for your lower body, couple months later you will see the difference.
