下集開始。

當你身體有力量後,還要提升身體的韌性,因為這部分需要讓你在節奏慢的狀況可以利用更多身體的韌性去擊球。把身體的能量更有效的轉換到球桿上。也就是像鞭子那樣的效果。因為硬梆梆的球桿,配合上柔韌的身體,就可以讓身體力量發揮更好在擊球上。同時桿面打到甜蜜點上,你的結果/距離都會讓你想不到的好。

這也是我從一些打的好球友上所看到和學到。別人不會主動告訴你,為什麼他可以打的好,你必須要去觀察別人的整體打球狀況,才能知道如何去改善、提升自己的能力。而放慢打比快節奏打要更困難多了。這就如同你跑步時慢慢跑和大步快跑時,完全不一樣的感覺和對身體肌肉的要求。因為我跑步都是慢慢跑,絕不大步快跑。這樣才能進行到下盤肌肉的鍛鍊。

差異就在對腿部的肌肉訓練。慢會讓你的腿用更多的力量去產生速度。就如同你推一部推車,推的速度越快,你需要的力量也就越小。反之,推車的速度越慢,你需要用更大的力量去產生動能和位能。所以節奏慢,反而對身體和動作運行更要求。

當然要讓你的身體可以負擔和控制球桿,你的球桿需要調整到,讓你的身體不會需要太大的力量去操控它。這也是當你的動作節奏改變,你的球桿就需要調整,來配合你的打法節奏。對於一般球友來說,改動作和改節奏,聽起來簡單,但做起來就會十分困難。因為工具也要配合你的改變,不然你的結果肯定不會好。

我個人認為現在球具都做得非常好打、和高容錯。但要提升你的距離和擊球精準度,是球友的最大任務。當然對於會打歪或吃球不穩定的人,節奏放慢會得到更好的結果是肯定。如果你年紀在40以下,我覺得節奏快反而是先天優勢,但人過40後,身體的能力和效能都會下降。如何找出維持你應該有的距離就變得非常重要。節奏肯定是你可以思考的一塊。但這需要你的身體和球桿的支持和配合才能達到!

Once your body has been upgraded and trained, the next is to improve the body flexibility. That's the reason why professional golfers are working on yoga to make the body more flexible with golf swing. If your body is fully power, it's like a stick that would not help you increase the performance. Therefore, to allow your body with certain degree of flexibility is the key for striking quality.

How about the golf club? That's a right question. Since your golf swing tempo is changed, your golf club must do some adjustments in order to allow your body operate more smooth and easily. Most golfers do not think it's a problem when you change the swing and swing tempo, but in reality, if your tool/golf club doesn't make the change, you can't get right right results with the expectation.

I have seen some golfers they try to improve their swing and swing tempo without adjusting the golf clubs, it would not get the right results but make the swing upside down. I always make the changes on my golf clubs with my swing improvement, since to make my swing goal and change, the golf clubs must allow my body to operate successfully and smoothly.

If your age is below 40, you still have good body to drive the ball hard and fast. But with age over 40, you will need to do more body work out and training in order to maintain the distance and performance. Then striking quality and accuracy will be the missions for you to improve. When are we getting older, the body becomes weaker.

Therefore, if you can drive the ball with the sweet spot of the club face, you do not need to swing hard to get the maximum distance and performance. Of course, you are able to manage the results better than full swing and fast swing tempo. If you can control the ball's distance and direction, you will see different view of the golf. It's different fun with other golfers.
