為什麼你會打壞/Why do I strike inconsistently?

現在打球都會一直思考一個問題;就是為什麼會打壞?我近一年都不斷在思考和嘗試讓自己的擊球準確度可以更好。從調整握桿、站姿、擊球節奏、試揮...都是一個任務,就是可以打好、打實!目前的狀況都比以前要好多了。沒打好的狀況很少,而我想把自己的想法和經驗分享給大家做參考。

為什麼會打壞?我打壞的定義是打到球上緣,吃深,這樣球的彈道就發揮不出來效果。但我可以接受就是沒有打到桿面甜蜜點。因為沒有打到桿面甜蜜點,也是可以讓球飛出彈道來,只是彈道會比較低,距離也稍微短。這是正常的狀況和可以接受的結果。打壞很多是動作做不到位,身體太過僵硬,該轉的地方和身體部位沒有做到位。

瞭解原因後,再去分析為什麼身體沒有辦法照平時或正常動作去發揮?球桿我可以去調整。但這裡我要去說一個重點是,我的桿子是一直都會去調整和改變。不是一旦桿子做好,就一直用到壞或更換。因為我有鍛鍊身體,同時身體也會隨著時間而老化,在這些因素下,你的球桿要不斷去改變來配合目前身體的能力和條件。

當我打壞或沒有發揮擊球的效果,我會去思考,球桿對我使用是否造成問題和負擔?而後就會進行調整和改變。我最常調整的就是桿頭重量。換不同的配重螺絲,讓身體去感受和發揮動作為目的。再來就是對長度進行調整改變,同時握把也是我會考慮調整的零件之一。最近我就覺得我用油背脊線的握把,會更容易控制球桿,但之前就比較偏好圓形無背脊線握把。所以人是一直在改變的物體。

再來說到人部分。會犯錯都是身體沒有調整到擊球的模式。身體無法快速去反應擊球的複雜動作。一個揮桿動作的運行過程不到一秒,你的身體需要去運用全身各部位的肌肉去產生扭力和爆發力。只要有一個點做不好,或沒有做出來,這個擊球和揮桿動作就無法到位或產生失誤。這也是我會在今年去調整揮桿前的試揮。讓身體的可以快速暖身,來執行接下來的動作運行。

I have been thinking one simple question: why I can't strike solidly in recent one year? I have been changing my griping, standing, swing tempo and pre shot routine for making my striking better and accuracy. Now I feel my striking consistency is much better than before, that's the thing I would like to share.

If you do not strike the ball on the sweet spot or hot zone of the face, your ball will not fly correctly with right trajectory. Without right trajectory, your distance and direction go wrong completely. Sometimes you can hit the hot zone but hit it on the toe or heel of the face, it's still ok but the performance will be short for sure.

Since your body doesn't rotation correctly or it's not rotate at all, and you can't strike accurately and solidly without question. When you know the reason, you go for the correction and improvement. I work on both my gears and body for improvement. First of all, I change the club head weight in order to find the right swing feel for my swing.

Most of golfers don't think it's really big deal but in fact, the 1g weight heavier or lighter will make your swing inconsistency with my experience. The second thing is to adjust the length of the golf club, most of the retail club specification is not fit my body and swing, therefore, I need to make it shorter to fit my swing. It's critical to allow you swing easier and workable.

The next is the body, the whole golf swing is done within one second, your body needs to be strong and familiar of the swing in order to complete the whole work. If your muscles and rotation/torque are not working smooth and correctly, the result won't be positive. Building the muscles strong is the fundamental to make your swing mature and powerful.
