你在擊用聲音去分析/quality of the product is determined by sound！~上集

再說到打球的聲音部分。多數人會以你的擊球結果和球在空中飛行的軌跡來判別這球的好壞？對我來說，不見得彈道對或距離到位就是好球。我用的桿子多，每年都用新的木桿、球道木、鐵桿、挖起桿、推桿，所以我得到很多不同球桿會有的聲音經驗。而如果我這一球打出去，對不同桿頭特性，桿身，得到的結果我也是以聲音為依據，不是以視覺的表現為依據。這部分是我第一次在文章去提到。

桿頭材質有不銹鋼、鈦合金、麻鋼、鋁合金....。結構設計也有不同，凹背、純鍛造、半凹背、中空....這些差異，也會得到不同的聲音回饋。而聲音回饋是騙不了人。這球打的好壞，有沒有打到點，對我來說聲音才是評斷依據和標準。一樣！什麼的材質、結構設計、和組合對我使用是最好，也是靠擊球的回饋來分析判斷。這些東西給我的結果是最紮實，更是不會騙我。

有時候我在組裝球桿時，更會去依據嗅覺來瞭解零件的特性和質量。這都是有相關。好的材質和質量高的產品它們的聲音和產生出來的味道是有共同性。同樣的零件或耗材，不同品牌或生產商就是會有不同的味道和聲音出來。所以很多日本職人對產品的評判依據也是會依據觸覺、味覺、聲音等。視覺對產品本身已經有一些免疫或共同性，如果要去選擇產品的特性，是否適合或找質量比較高，必須要利用其他方式來評估。

做到一定的火候和經驗後，你可以解釋出聲音的差異原因。因為這和物理學有極大關係，不是天外飛來一筆。在聲音面前，產品的包裝和面具是可以被看穿和透視。所以我只相信我看到、聽到、聞到和摸到的結果來分析。不管什麼先進技術或材質，不對的聲音、味道和感覺，就是不適合我。

當我的聲音對了，而最後結果沒有達到預期，就說明產品的效能不到位。還有沒有打到對的點也是有它的聲音，而進行比較分析就可以知道，同樣是不對的點的聲音，哪個效能會最好，都是有差異，也可以分析的出來。這也是視覺往往會誤導你的選擇和決定，也是你要去思考其他方式去協助你的判斷選擇的方式。

There are many materials such as stainless, titanium, and aluminum, also various designs including the cavity, blade and hollow. These varieties will give you different sound when you impact and the sound is unable to cheat you. I also know what kinds of combination for the golf club should be the best result and sound. It's built lots of clubmaking experience and sound database.

Sometimes, I used to smell the golf shafts, heads and grips during the assembling. When you cut the shafts, there is the smell to know inside of the shaft through the material burning, you can compare various products with their own technologies and materials for the smelling.

That's why I do not trust what I have seen since the product companies can make the products to cheat your eyes. Therefore, you need to touch, smell and listen through the products. You can find out the truth behind the scene! There are many experienced craftsmen in Japan, they smell, touch and listen the products in order to determine the quality of the parts. It's something you can dig in!
