同時身材如果超過175cm的球友也適合選擇釘爪鞋，因為身材高大或體重比較重的人，動作的施展，對於鞋子的支撐力和抓地力，都會比體重一般或輕的球友要來得高和大。所以釘爪鞋對於這些人來說是相當重要和必須。我個人有2種的鞋底設計的高爾夫球鞋。所以需要釘爪就穿釘爪下場。想輕鬆不要換鞋就釘柱直接一條龍下去。
